CLIENT RELATIONS OFFICER
Cape Town

After Disaster (i.e. Flooding and Fire damage) restorative company based in Killarney Gardens is looking for a Client Services Officer to join their team.
The incumbent will be responsible for sourcing new clients, visiting existing clients and dealing with client queries. The person will be liaising with Loss adjusters, Businesses, Banks and Insurance Companies
The successful incumbent will display the following competencies:
• A completed Matric
• A valid driver’s license and own vehicle
• Mature
• Customer service ability
• A home insurance background.
• Result orientated individual
• Ability to pay attention to detail
• Creativity
• Conceptual and analytical skills
• Computer literacy skills
• Must be well spoken in English and Afrikaans
• Able to use Maximiser and CRM tools
• Must be will to travel

The company is offering R10 000 plus benefits after 1 year continued service
